Thelma empowers parents to feel confident in their parenting.

We make tools from child psychology and behavioral science more accessible and personalized, so families can get support that works.

What makes us different

Our coaches consistently deliver high quality guidance.

Getting evidence-based guidance doesn’t always have to involve therapists and expensive interventions. Carefully trained coaches have been shown to be able to effectively support many families’ challenges.

Each coach has years of experience working with kids.

Thelma invests in the backbone of our educational system - early childhood educators.

Our coaches beloved teachers, social workers, counselors and special educators who are adept at working with both young children, and their families.
